From my first visit to Kutchenhaus in Leeds to enquire about a new kitchen Joseph was high highly professional and extremely helpful. Any question I had (and there were alot!!) he came back with the answer and could not help enough to ensure I got the kitchen of my dreams!

We Couldn’t Be Happier
We recently bought our new kitchen from the Leeds branch of Kutchenhaus and we couldn’t be happier. After visiting 3 other alternative companies we felt that Joseph’s professionalism and approach was reassuring and gave us confidence in the product and the service. There is a slight premium to the other quotes we got but you also see that reflected in not only the quality of the product but with the hassle free and no pressure approach.
From start to finish the process was explained fully and from the design to the amendments the service was second to non. The kitchen was recently delivered and installed and i even want to give a shout out to the delivery team who were really helpful and friendly as well. We would happily go back again and have also passed on the details to family members and friends.

Fantastic From Start to End
Our experience with Kutchenhaus Leeds was fantastic from start to end. Unlike many other kitchen companies, Kutchenhaus provided us with a unique and tailored service from the very first telephone conversation, when we first reached out to Joseph, to the final days when the kitchen was delivered and installed. The team of fitters were also excellent, equipped with the special touch that distinguishes the kitchens you can buy from Kutchenhaus. From delivery to installation, everything was perfectly coordinated and timed, matching the products “made in Germany”.

I Would Highly Recommend Kutchenhaus Leeds, Thank You Joseph
We have recently had an extension and remodel including a new kitchen. I first spotted Kutchenhaus on IG and as we had a showroom fairly close we called in. We were blown away with the kitchens on display and the extra touches and so made an appointment to speak to Joseph. Joseph was able to design a kitchen for us straight off the build plan and after several meetings and visits we had a fantastic design that fit with our budget. Joseph was patient and understanding that we were on a tight budget and we worked through what was essential and what we could let go. Joseph has a lot of experience and knowledge and saved us making expensive mistakes but also was able to design around our unique space with a bespoke walk in pantry and my dream breakfast cupboard. We took Joseph’s advice and used their recommended fitter Steve who did a magnificent job and this went absolutely to plan. Steve Joseph and our builders worked together to ensure the site was ready and the fit could go ahead. We have had a great service and now have our dream kitchen and we are very grateful to Joseph. It might seem expensive but when you compare they are not that different to other kitchen suppliers but the service and the finish are worth every penny. And they offer interest free which allowed us to retain some cash for our budget and spread the cost.

Absolutely Outstanding Customer Service
Absolutely outstanding customer service from Joe in the Roundhay Leeds store. From the moment we stepped foot in his store, we received great advice, Joe kept in regular contact with us about tweaks and kitchen design. The quality of the kitchen is fabulous, we couldn’t be happier. James, their fitter is meticulous and the kitchen has been fitted to a high standard. Would recommend Joe and his team wihtout hesitation. If you need a new kitchen and live in the Leeds or surrounding area, this is the place to go – don’t bother with the bigger suppliers such as Howdens or Wren!

Joseph from Kutchenhaus Roundhay rd, took care of our kitchen plans, pretty much from start to finish. A daunting prospect for someone like me, who’s never had the opportunity to design a new kitchen. Joseph was able to be flexible and accommodating changes, which has resulted in a fantastic new kitchen that really wows !! And has loads of practical storage.
The unitary and fixtures are terrific quality. A special mention too to James the fitter, who was brilliant too, really making sure the finish was spot on, leaving really happy customers. Highly recommend these to anyone who wants to make a big step in a kitchen project.

Joseph at Kutchenhaus was Brilliant
Joseph at Kutchenhaus was brilliant. He listened to our ideas and helped us to create the final design for our kitchen. We are really pleased with it and Kutchenhaus offered quite a few different ideas and colour combinations than other places we went to. We had a strict budget which we were able to stick to and Joseph was very accommodating and patient with our ever changing thoughts as we came to a final design. Installation was straight forward and our builders didn’t have trouble installing the kitchen. We had an issue with a tiny part which broke in transit which Joseph sorted straight away.
